Secure: Your information is never shared, sold, or otherwise seen by anyone other than our discreet staff. Your purchases are completely private and secured by SSL encryption. How long will it take to get my order? Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours and are received within 3 to 5 business days.

Expedited shipments are sent via FedEx or UPS. These are purchases guaranteed to arrive overnight or 2nd day depending on your selection during checkout. Please order expedited shipments before 2 pm.

International orders are sent via Priority Mail International through the post office. Shipments are expected to arrive between 6 and 10 business days after purchase. International rates will vary depending on the country of destination.

How long will it take someone to get back to me?

What if my shipment is wrong?

In the rare case there is a damaged, missing or an incorrect item, contact us via email or call or toll free number (866) 298-0643 within 48 hours after receiving your package. One of our friendly customer service representatives will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours. If no attempt is made to contact us within 48 hours of shipment receipt, the sale is final.

How do I return my purchase for refund or exchange?

We hope our products make you feel Bold and Sexy. If you find that your purchase does not meet your satisfaction, we will gladly accept most merchandise for exchange, refund, or credit within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of purchase.

Why can’t I return some of my items I bought?

To protect the health of our customers, we kindly note that the following times are not eligible for return. Except in the case of damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments, kindly note that the following items are not eligible for return:

How long do I have to return Holiday Merchandise?

Because of the time sensitivity of Holiday Merchandise, kindly note the following limitations when returning or exchanging Holiday Merchandise:

You may only return items within the following dates:

Christmas and New Years: December 25th

Valentine’s Day: February 14th

Saint Patrick’s Day: March 17th

Independence Day: July 4th

Halloween: October 31st

How will I be refunded for my return?

We will reimburse you the same way you paid for your merchandise. If you paid by credit card, we will credit the same.

Do you pay for return shipments?

The customer is responsible for shipment return expenses.
